Shipping policy
Upon placing an order, we will provide you with estimated shipping and delivery timelines,
taking into account item availability and your selected shipping preferences.
Orders designated for Priority, Priority Mail Express, and any expedited shipping options before
12 PM Eastern Time will be processed and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM
Eastern Time will be processed and shipped on the subsequent business day.
Please note that all in stock orders are processing the same business days before being
shipped. Shipments are conducted from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and weekends.
The Estimated Delivery period initiates upon shipment of your order. Upon order placement, you
will receive an email containing shipping confirmation along with a carrier tracking number.
Kindly allow 24 hours for tracking information to be updated. For any inquiries, feel free

Pre-Orders: For orders comprising both in-stock and pre-order items, we advise placing separate
orders to ensure prompt shipping. Otherwise, all items will be dispatched once the pre-order
becomes available for shipment.

Shipping to US PO Box & APO Addresses
Delivery to US Postal Service (USPS) and Military Postal Service Agency (MPSA) designated
addresses such as APO/FPO is facilitated by these respective agencies. Packages are dispatched
via First-Class Mail and Priority Mail, with delivery durations typically ranging from 1 to 10
business days.

Taxes and duties for international orders will be incorporated into the final order amount during
checkout. This streamlined process ensures expedited delivery without any additional tariffs,
taxes, duties, or brokerage fees upon delivery.
Refused or undeliverable international packages
Unfortunately, we cannot resend international orders that are returned to us. Upon the package's
arrival back at our warehouse, a store credit refund will be provided for packages returned to
sender.
In the case of unclaimed or refused international packages, any incurred fees for the return
shipment are your responsibility. These charges will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Please be aware that no refunds will be issued for packages that are abandoned.
